* REGARDING MOTIF DESIGN ORDER
On our website www.sunsiron.com, there are over a thousand of designs we developed.
Also, we've been serving customized designs as buyers' request. Please e-mail us your designs in any kind of file format(like .jpg, .gif ...) along with order quantities and material description. After received your designs, we can get back to you the artworks and best prices within 1~2days.

* REQUEST SAMPLES AND CATALOGS
We are happy to send our product samples to you. If you have your courier account # (UPS, Fedex, DHL. whatever..), please let us know. Then we'll send you our samples and catalogs via your courier ASAP.

* SHIPPING AND DELIVERY TIME
We mostly ship through Fedex, DHL and TNT, and on occasion, as to buyers' individual requirement, use other forwarders.
Our delivery time is roughly within 7 days after receipt of T/T payment in advance. But depending on a bulk purchasing amount, it'd take a longer than the usual time.

* PAYMENT AND PRICE
We normally quote based on EX-WORK terms but in case of buyers special requests, we also quote in FOB or C&F or CIF terms.

* SET-UP AND DESIGN DEVELOPING CHARGE
For small order amounts, we are required to charge the Set-up cost for each design. And as to custom design required, since it takes time and labor to prepare the artwork, it is necessary to charge for the Design developing cost as well.

Sending newsletters and a confirmation of your Sunsco order is Sunsco's standard practice. Receiving that e-mails in your inbox may not be.
